Refund policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We take great care in packing each order, but if your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please email hello@slowburncandles.com within 30 days of your original shipping date. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

  • A detailed description of the problem

Once we review your request, we will notify you if an exchange is approved. If an exchange is necessary, you will need to return the damaged item before we ship a replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on defective/damaged item claims.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.

Candle Husk Recycling Program

We’re proud to offer a Candle Husk Recycling Program to keep waste minimal and extend the life of your beeswax.

How It Works:

  1. Save Your Husks – After burning your Slow Burn candles, set aside the leftover wax scraps (aka "husks").

  2. Weigh & Contact Us – Email hello@slowburncandles.com with the total weight of your collected husks. If you don’t have a scale, let us know, and we’ll weigh them upon exchange.

  3. Send or Drop Off Your Husks – It is the customer's responsibility to get the wax to us.

  4. Receive Credit – Based on the weight of your candle husks, you will receive a discount code for a future Slow Burn purchase.

Additional Notes

  • No Monetary Refunds – Approved damage claims will result in exchanges, not refunds.
