Each Slow Burn candle is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Please allow a 5 business days for processing (up to 10 business days during peak/holiday seasons) and production before your order is shipped. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Slow Burn is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package is marked as Delivered, the customer is responsible for tracking and securing it. Slow Burn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers in the Como Park neighborhood of St. Paul, MN. If you select local pickup at checkout, we will coordinate with you via email to arrange a pickup time.
